I purchased an eBook. How do I access my purchase?

Check with your professor to make sure the eBook link is active. Once your professor confirms the eBook link is active, make sure your computer or device's operating system and browser are updated. If you utilize Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or the operating system is OS 10.12 or Windows 7.1 or earlier,  they may not be compatible and may not allow you to access your eBook. Google Chrome tends to be compatible with many eBooks. If you are still having problems, please visit http://bookstore.skylinecollege.edu/InclusiveAccessSupport.
